Left Behind is a 3D horror game where you play as an archaeologist trying to uncover what caused a society on a distant planet to fall apart. You go around to different points of interest to uncover data of what caused the downfall.

I acted as both a programmer and a level designer on this project. This was my first time focusing on level design and I learned a lot about how to fun and engaging levels. This was also my first time attempting to make a horror game. The challenge of making the game scary taught me many lessons about the genre.
On this project I worked on a team of six people. We all had different rolls and communication style. This helped hone my communication skills. It also gave me the chance to better learn how to work with people that have different work methods and communication sets. I used what I learned in previous projects and extensively planned out levels in advance to prevent roadblocks during development.
My programming included but wasn't limited to environment objects, player progression, and debugging. I created systems for objects that the player would interact with. I created these systems so that they could be easily scaled up or down by other members of my team.
